We agree to indemnify and save harmless the Greater Delhi Chamber of Commerce against and from any and all loss, damage expense, cost charges, liability claims and demands occurring or resulting from or connected with our exhibits. Sponsor shall have no liability to any exhibitor for postponements because of acts of God, accident, fire or other interruption of whatever nature beyond the sponsor's control.

Rules:

1) Spots will be assigned after payment is received.
2) We will do our best to meet special requests. Email csviafore@gmail.com with inquiries.
3) All vendors need to check-in between 8 am and 10 am.
4) There will be no electrical or water hookups available.
5) We must be notified if working out of a motor home or the back of a vehicle as those spaces are limited.
6) No lawn or garage sale items.
7) Please note: All vendors selling food products are responsible for meeting the New York State Department of Health and other agencies' regulations. If you have any questions regarding these regulations, please contact the local Department of Health office at 607-432-3911.
No refunds will be given and payment is required to secure a spot at the festival.
