This weekend is the start of Maple Weekend, a two-weekend event where maple farms across the state have their doors open for tours, demonstrations, maple samples, and pancake breakfasts. We have five participating farms in the greater Delhi area and we hope you take this wonderful opportunity to visit the farms and get to know why New York State is the second top maple producing state in the US!
