Financials - money looks good - we have money in the bank
Harvest Fest - vendors are looking to sign up/get involved, we are waiting to get our new logo, etc.
discussion how to extend vendors down Main St. like in the “old days”; ideas about communicating w/ businesses on Main St. how to decide who has booths outside the shops
talking to Tractor Supply about using their parking lot for a stage/live music

New logo to coordinate with new Delhi logo

6 applicants for Pellegrino grant
moving forward with SNAP at the summer market
Steady Slope is interested in doing a mixer in the future
Membership - continue to work on our value proposition - case study the Shire Pub - pushback on joining
Brochure Exchange - event at Hanford Mills 5/5 4:30p-6:30p at Hanford Mills
Membership Committee report - we have 86 members up for renewal that don’t know they need to be renewed
suggestion to call them (split up amongst board members) to get them to join
working on talking points
Join us Friday 12p for a follow up meeting to brainstorm about the membership journey
Idea: recently renewed , past due extend their membership to Sept 2027 so we are on the cycle of September renewal
Kiosk presentation - Jim Smart & SUNY Architecture Group
Students each presented their proposals for the new kiosk
Digital Billboard - May - October, attracting Cooperstown baseball families
Marketing - Digital billboard coming soon - location is I-88, exit 13

designing a Mobile app 45 Square - shares events, shop hours, etc.
intention is to provide a central app for people to know what’s going on easily
looking for people to help her test in May and also share events happening
