Delhi's 2nd Annual Halloween Decorating Contest has been announced! Organized and hosted by a Delaware Academy student, this spooky and fun contest invites businesses and residents of the Village of Delhi to adorn their storefronts and houses with Halloween decor that will wow or horrify all who bear witness.
Businesses and homes are judged in separate categories and prizes will be awarded to those in 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place! Enter to join the contest by emailing: delhishalloweencontest@gmail.com. Final judging will take place on October 27th!

Judging Criteria
Residential & Business
Over all wow factor
Houses judged on “their style” of decorating ( a house that uses blow ups should not be given a bad score because they are not scary)
Use mean average (all scores added up then divided by number of judges)
Judging scale 1-10 “points”
