Strickland Hollow Tasting Room & Bottle Shop sells NYS liquors, beer, wine, spirits, and more! They also make spirits, including a delicious apple Brandy, and, more recently, they have released a line of vodka and gin. Co-owner and Chef Jerry Pellegrino, who runs the business alongside his wife Erica, has crafted the menu at Stonewall at the Meredith, offering a Wednesday night pizza night and a steakhouse menu Thursday-Saturday. Strickland Hollow also hosts hands-on cooking classes at the Tasting Room on Main Street. The classes have been gathering eager participants for the past few years.
