Platner Brook Farm is a family-owned and operated farm in Delhi, NY. They raise grass-fed sheep and lamb and sell lamb that is prepared in a variety of ways. At the Delhi Farmers’ Market you can often find ground lamb, loin chops, lamb kabobs, chorizo and merguez sausage, and shanks.
