Burn Ayr Farm is a multi-generational farm located on Route 28 in Delhi, NY. The farm has gone through a variety of iterations since its 1890 beginnings. Burn Ayr Farm was once a dairy farm, and throughout the early 90’s a high-profile organic vegetable producer. Now Burn Ayr produces 100% grass-fed Highland beef cattle and heritage hogs. You can purchase beef and pork products weekly at the Delhi Farmers’ Market and by appointment from the farm. From May-October, stop by the farm stand on Route 28 for local produce.
