Green Sun Orchard is a family-owned orchard in Trout Creek, NY. With their heirloom apples they make skillfully fermented ciders, cider donuts and other apple products. This spring they are excited to announce the release of new wines and ciders for the season. The first to be released this spring is Culper Ring. This 2023 ferment is made exclusively out of their very own Northern Spy apples.
