Thistlemint Farm is a collaboratively-owned and operated organic vegetable farm, formed in 2021 in Laurens, NY. The members of the collaborative work together to grow quality produce with a desire to work with the plants and surrounding beings respectfully and humbly to ensure they receive well-rounded and consistent care. Thistlemint believes in making their food, land and art, as accessible as possible, and strives to have their regenerative and restorative practices go beyond the basic requirements.
