We already know there are plenty of delicious reasons to eat your way through Delhi—and it seems word is getting out.
Recently, several publications have turned their attention to our growing local food scene. Hudson Valley Style Magazine had high praise for Chamber member Hollow, calling it one of the Catskills’ standout morning culinary destinations and declaring its breakfast sandwich a meal worth traveling for.
Meanwhile, Edible Hudson Valley recently visited newly opened Pony’s on Main Street, profiling chef-owner Matt Marchese and the transformation of the former Delhi Diner into a relaxed, creative restaurant where serious culinary technique meets an intentionally unfussy experience.
And Chamber member Magpies on Pink Street has also caught the attention of Food52, adding another Delhi area food business to the growing list of local establishments being discovered in Delaware County.
We love seeing our local restaurants, cafés, bakers and food entrepreneurs receive this kind of attention. Together, they're creating another compelling reason to visit Delhi—and giving those of us who live here plenty of reasons to eat local.
